Founder of JN Permanent Makeup, Jennifer Nguyen, is a licensed Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and Esthetician based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Jennifer discovered her passion for cosmetic tattooing in 2015. With dedication to providing the best quality service in this ever-changing beauty industry, she continues to stay up to date with the latest and most innovative techniques. Jennifer is now a 10x+ certified cosmetic tattoo artist and beauty professional in advanced microblading and shading, ombre powder brows, airy brows, watercolor lip blush, dark lip neutralization, shaded eyeliner/lash line tattoo, tattoo removal, eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint, and brow lamination. Jennifer is trained and mentored by world renowned master trainers such as Kler Rosenberg, Tanny Diep, Anna Bokhan, Katie Dang, and Tess Marti, to name a few. Being a perfectionist at heart, combined with her knowledge and skills, she is able to create detailed, natural-looking results customized to each unique client to match their style and features. Throughout Jennifer’s beauty career, her true passion and joy is to be able to enhance lives by helping restore confidence and self-esteem as well as help others save time in the morning with their makeup routine, making life easier.
